The total prize money won was 24 million Tanzania Shillings USD 15, and each of the seven successful entrepreneurs took home a part of the winnings. This was the first competition organized by Enablis in Tanzania. It was aimed at discovering and supporting entrepreneurs for growth and was funded by e4e in partnership with Enablis. It brought together more than participants during the training and awareness sessions organized in Dar es Salaam, Coast Region and Arusha and business plan entries from entrepreneurs based all over Tanzania. The best 50 business plans were selected for the final round of the competition and the representatives of these businesses were invited for a 3-day intensive training session which culminated in the final judging and selection of the 7 top winners.
